Urban regeneration master plan around the Tres Pascualas lagoon: public park and social housing (CNT-DS49), with complex regulatory management at city scale.

A four-storey DS49 social housing development in Peñalolén, built and in use: standardized apartments, universal accessibility and a roof level, documented end-to-end.
FeaturedLa Castrina: master plan and catalyst project
Improvement master plan for La Castrina intercommunal park (≈ 7 ha, San Joaquín) and its catalyst project: accessible route, deep well, administration building, public restrooms, security booths and pergola, with preliminary architecture and engineering design.

A site museum in Labranza that protects and activates the Villa JMC-1 archaeological find, the Pitrén potters' cemetery threatened by the advance of housing developments.
PersonalSoft Robotic: responsive facade
Research on responsive architecture: a soft-robotics facade prototype whose skin deforms to modulate light, shade and ventilation. Published at SIGraDi 2022 and Atena Editora 2023.

A productivity app where everything is a universal node: every element — task, note, file, event or account — takes a type and connects into a graph. Web, desktop and mobile, with AI and real-time collaboration.
